dirtier dr pepper

◎ 1-2 shots of rum (preferred, can substitute vodka if you want but its not as good)
◎ dr pepper
◎ non dairy coffee creamer, coconut or vanilla flavored
◎ strawberry puree / sauce / frozen (thawed) strawberries in sugar
◎ ice

fill glass with ice, add in rum and then fill almost to the top with dr pepper, and add a splash of cream. i always use coffee creamer since you can get it already flavored and also every time i try to make a drink with real cream it always seperates no matter what. if using strawberries, finely chop them and add a spoonful to the glass. you're done !

cold brew martini

◎ smirnoff vanilla vodka
◎ espresso liqueur
◎ brown sugar simple
◎ cold brew
◎ instant coffee
◎ ice

add 1 oz vanilla vodka, 1.5 oz espresso liqueur, and 2-3 oz of cold brew to a drink shaker filled with ice. for the brown sugar simple, just heat equal parts brown sugar and water in a sauce pan and let cool. add ~0.5 oz or to taste of the syrup. shake VIGOUROUSLY, and strain into a rocks glass, it should have some froth on the top if you've shaken it enough. dust the top lightly with instant coffee for aromatics.
